AN ORDINANCE ktPEA11-1 G SECTION 2414 of Chapter XXIV
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, an
ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, on the 8th day of January, 1952, and designated as Bill
No. 1, relating to license required for dancing schools.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 2414 of Chapter XXIV of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
on the 8th day of January, 1952, and designated as Bill No. 1,
relating to license required for dancing schools, be and the
1 same is hereby repealed.
• SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall tto e effect upon its
first publication.
