AN ORDINANCE specifying the capital improvements for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1962 and ending June 30, 1963.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY,
UTAH:
SECTION 1. That the capital improvements for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1962 and ending June 30, 1963, to be paid for from
the appropriation in the budget for said fiscal year to a reserve for
capital improvements, are hereby specified to be as follows:
Air Testing Laboratory $ 25,627.53
Intersection Rights of Way 25,000.00
Modification of Fire Station Building # 7 20,000.00
Demolition of Buildings for -
Fire Station #12 3,350.00
New Fire Station Building #12 300,000.00
Sugarhouse Park Authority 45.000.00
$ 418,977.53
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
twenty-one days after its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 3rd day of July, 1963. 7
