AN ORDINANCE VACATING a section of Hawthorne Avenue.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That a section of Hawthorne Avenue, more particularly
described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared
no longer to be a public property for use as a street, avenue, alley
or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block
35, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey and running
thence North 20.63 feet, thence East 165.0 feet,
thence South 41.26 feet, thence West 165.0 feet,
thence North 20.63 feet to the point of beginning,
said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot
6, Block 35, Plat "A", Salt bake Ciry Survey.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every descrip-
tion now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above des-
cribed property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for
the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering
or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on
this 26th day of July , 1967.
