AN ORDINANCE amending a n ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, February 4, 1914, relating
to smoke inspection, by adding thereto one section to be known as
Section 19, providing for penalty for violation of any of the
provisions of said ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the ordinance providing for smoke inspection in
Salt Lake City, passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, February 4, 1914, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto one section to be known as Section 19, as follows:
Section 19. Any person who shall violate any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be
punished, except as otherwise provided in this ordinance, by a
fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred
dollars for each offense.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall t e ect on i firstn
