AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEYS in Block between Parkway
and Stratford Avenues, between 13th East Street and Allen Street,
in Salt Lake City, Utah.
1 Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
v s SECTION 1. That Alleys in Block between Parkway and
{1 Stratford Avenues, between 13th East Street and Alden Street,
in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1279,
Highland Park Plat A, a subdivision of part of
Sections 20 & 21, T1S, R1E, S.L.B.&M.• running
thence South 794.27 feet; thence S 450 E 7.07
feet; thence East 120 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 1310, said Highland Park Plat A;
thence South 12 feet to the northeast corner
of Lot 1311, said Highland Park Plat A;thence
West 262 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1320,
said Highland Park Plat A; thence North 12 feet
to the southwest corner of Lot 1321, said
Highland Park Plat A; thence East 120 feet; thence
N 45° E 7.07 feet; thence North 794.27 feet to the
northeast corner of Lot 1352, said Highland Park
Plat A; thence East 12 feet to the point of
beginning.
be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian
ways.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description now located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing,
replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 18th day of September, A.D. 1952.E
