Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 20-2-80 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to the license fees for soft drink sales, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 20-2-80. Fees. The license fees required for the sale of soft drinks referred to in Section 20-2-79 of this chapter shall be as follows: "(a) For dispensing such soft drinks in original containers, $5.00 per year; "(b) For dispensing such soft drinks in the orig- inal containers from a vending machine, or for the priv- ilege of maintaining a vending machine exposed to the public where soft drinks may be purchased by depositing a coin in such machine, $5.00 per year; "(c) For dispensing soft drinks from a dispenser which dispenses no more than five (5) drinks from pre- measured contents, $5.00 per year for each dispenser; "(d) For dispensing soft drinks by means of a soda fountain or dispenser which dispenses more than five (5) drinks or which dispenses drinks by other means than pre- measured contents, $25.00 per year; "(e) All such licenses shall expire one (1) year from date of issue."
