Result . . . . �, AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of an alley located between Hubbard Avenue and Williams Avenue and 3rd and 4th East Streets, as per Petition No. 456 of 1964. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That a portion of an alley located between Hubbard Avenue and Williams Avenue and 3rd and 4th East Streets, as per Petition No. 456 of 1964, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 32, Block 1, Carolina Subdivision of Lots 8 and 9, Block 20, 5 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence north 175.2 feet; thence east 466.0 feet; thence south 16.0 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 8, of said Block 1; thence west 456.0 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 25 of aforesaid Block 1; thence south 159.2 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 25; thence west 10.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of main- taining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
