AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 19-4-4 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to license fees.
Be it ordained by the Bfaard of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Seeti6`i 19-4-4 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt

Lake ,City, Utah, 1965, relatknt'to license fees, be, and the same hereby
is amended as follows.,
Sec. 19-4-4. Licens °'fee. The license fee for. a liquor .
consumption License 'shati;.be $75.00 per annum or any part
thereof which shall be deposited in the City Treasury if the
license is granted and returned to the applicant if the
license is denied.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the health, peace and welfare of the inhab-
itants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publica-
tion.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
