AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on C Street between Second and Third Avenues,
D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, M and N Streets between First and Third
Avenues, and J Street between South Temple Street and Third Avenue,
In Paving Districts Nos. 24 and 30, for the purpose of providing
for the grading, guttering and curbing thereof, and constructing
storm sewers across streets and'.intersections.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equaliza-
tion and review, of the property in Lots 1 and 4, Block 18; 1, 2,
3 and 4, Block 19; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 20; 2 and 3, Block 21; 2
and 3, Block 36; 1, 2, and 4, Block 37; 2 and 3, Block 38; 1, 2,
3 and 4, Block 39; 1 and 4, Block 40, all in .Plat "D", Salt Lake
City Survey, abutting on both sides of D Street between First and
Third Avenues; on both sides of F Street between First and Third
Avenues; on both sides of C Street between Second and Third Ave-
nues; on the west side of E Street between First and Second Ave-
nues; and on the east side of E Street between First and Third
Avenues, in Paving Districts Nos. 24 and 30, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and curb-
ing thereof, and constructing storm sewers across streets and
intersections, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
