Fehr Y — F-/ l/ /OCiG�a�ti-/�/ Finch - - Moran - - Mr.Chairman V`_ AN ORDINANCE Result - - - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LX, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1020, by adding in and to said chapter a new Section to be known as Section 1871X1, relating to traffic. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, .Utah: SECTION I. That Chapter LX, Revised. Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 1871X1, relating to traffic, to read as follows: SECTION 1871X1. It shall be unlawful for any person • to park or leave standing upon any street any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, in the rear of any other vehicle parked at the curb, or along the side of any parked vehicle where such vehicle is parked parallel with the curb, except that an operator may stop not to exceed two minuted provided he does not leave his vehicle, or temporarily during the act of actually loading or unloading pa ssengers,assengers, or Olen necessary in obedience to 1 traffic regulations, or traffic signs or signals, or a police officer. �4 • ordinance shall be punished by fine in any sum not exceeding Two Hundred Ninety-nine ($299.00) Dollars or by imprisonment in the City Jail not longer than six months or by both such fine and im- prisonment. The court may, in imposing the fine, enter as part of the judgment that in default of the payment of the fine the defendant may be imprisoned in the city jail for a period not exceeding six months. SECTION 3.
