Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the two alleys forming a "T" shape, one leg of which runs north/south parallel to and between 1200 and 1300 West Streets, and one leg which runs east/west from 1200 to 1300 West, south of Union Avenue 900 South, in the Second Burlington Addition in Salt Lake City, Utah more particularly described below, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as a public street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 62, Second S "' Burlington Addition, a subdivision located in the SW Y tI 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 11, T. 1 S., R. 1 W., S.L.B.&M.; thence South 234 feet to the southeast corner of Lot r ) 70, said subdivision; thence West 148 feet to the east line of 1300 West Street; thence South 16 feet; thence East 310 feet to the west line of 1200 West Street; thence North 16 feet; thence West 148 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 71 , said subdivision; thence North 234 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 79, said subdivision; thence West 14 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is expressly made SUBJECT TO all exist- ing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description, now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above- described property, and also SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of obtaining, altering, repairing or replacing, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
