An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 733 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, es to the appointment and com-
pensation of the Supervisor of Streets.
Be it ordained by the City Counoil of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 733 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt

of other city officers; provided, that such officer shall furnis h

SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances
and resolutions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
