Result _ AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Garfield Avenue between Fifteenth East
and Sixteenth East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1 (Sewer
Extension No. 384), for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization
and review, of the property in Lots 3 to 23, inclusive, Block 1;
and 1, and 39 to 48, inclusive, Block 2, Progress Heights Second
Addition, Block 9, Five Acre Plat "C", Big rield Survey, abutting
on both sides of Garfield Avenue between Fifteenth East and
Sixteenth East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portion of said
street is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lista are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
