AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE designated as
bill No. 16 passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah, on May Al, 19N1, authorizing the improvement and.
extension of the Salt Lake City Hater system, the acquisition
of additional water and water rights and the issuance of water
revenue obligations in payment therefor.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That an ordinance designated as bill No.
45 16 passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
on May Al, l9Ul, authorizing the improvement and extension of the
Salt Lake City i'va.ter system, the acquisition of additional- water
am water rights and the issuance of water revenue obligations in
payment therefor, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION A. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 7. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication. r
