AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY BETWEEN CALIFORNIA AND
Albemarle Avenues, running east 586 feet from 3rd West Street,
in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That alley between California and Albemarle
Avenues, running east 586 feet from 3rd West Street, in Salt Lake
City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 24, Blk. 5,
?'> DesayYs Second Addition, a subdivision of Blk. 9, 5-Acre
' ' Plat "A" - Big Field Survey, thence north 10 ft., thence
east 581 ft., thence N. 45' E. 7.07 ft., thence south 20
ft., thence N. 45' W. 7.07 ft., thence west 581 ft. to the
