AN ORDINANCE VACATING east one-half of the alley between
15th East and Filmore Streets, parallel and south of Stratford
Avenue, and alley running north from Ramona Avenue between 5th
East and Park Streets to an alley extending east and west imme-
diately south of Downington Avenue, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of CoArn_i_ssioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the east one-half of the alley between
15th East end Filmore Streets, parallel and south of Stratford

Avenue, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1766, Highland
Park Plat A, a $ud:ivision of part of Sections 20 and 21, T.
1 S. R. 1 H., S. L. F. M., thence west 133 ft., thence
south 11.66 ft. (12 ft. as shown on county records), thence
east 133 ft., thence north 11.65 ft. (12 ft. as shown on
county records) to the place of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
SECTION 2. That alley running north from Ramona Avenue
between 5th East and Park Streets to an alley extending east and
west immediately south of Downington Avenue, in Salt Lake City, Utah,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 29, Block 2,
East Boulevard Addition of Block 3, 5-Acre Plat A, B. F. S.,
thence west 18 ft., thence south 675 ft., thence east 18 ft.,
thence north 675 ft. to the place of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
SECTION 3. The aforesaid vacations are made expressly sub-
ject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public
utilities of any and every description`now located in, on, under or

[ over the confines of the above described property and also subject
to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, main-
taining, repairing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities

SECTION L. In the opinion of the Roard of Commissioners,
