An ordinance amending Section 842 ofOhapter 33 of the
Revise& Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to
transfer of licenses.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 842 of Chapter 33 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to transfer of
licenses, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
a new paragraph to read,as follows:
When any transfer of a license has been authorized by
the Board of Commissioners, such transfer shall be made upon
the payment to the City Treasurer of a fee of 42.50.
SECTION 20, This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one days
after its first publication.
