Avenue and Hubbard Avenue.
he it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Galt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That 20th Past Street between Michigan Avenue
ana Hubbard Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the N.E.Cor. of Lot 4, Block 12, Sunny-
side Park Sub. of block 27, 5-Acre Plat ICI, Big field
Survey; running thence east along the south side of Hubbard
Avenue 7.72 ft. to the westerly line of Foothill _;rive;
thence S. C'O 151 East along said westerly line 106.29 ft.
to the intersection with the east line of 20th East Street;
thence south along said east line 205.61 ft. to the north
side of Michigan Avenue; thence west on said north side
of said Street 66.0 ft. to the S. E. Cor. of Lot 1, Block
12, Sunnyside Park Sub.; thence north on the east side of
said Block 12, which is the west side of 20th East Street;
'294.50 ft. to the place of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no loner to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to the rights of
way and easements of the Utah Light & Traction Company and the Moun-
tain States Telephone & 'Telegraph Company acquired under franchises
from Salt Lake City to maintain, repair, alter and replace the el4c-
tric transmission, distribution of telegraph and. telephone circuit
lines, wires and poles of said companies, together with the necessary '
stop cross-arms and other attachments thereon or affixed thereto for
the support of said electric telephone and telegraph lines, wires
and distribution circuits as now erected and maintained upon or across
the portion of said street to be closed, during the life of the
franchises held by said companies, or any extensions thereof.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the health, peace and safety of the innabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordi nce become effective immediately.
