That alley 125 feet north of Stratford Avenue � _z and running west 121 feet from Filmore Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 941, Highland Sections Plat A, a subdivision of part of 20 and 21, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. U. & M., thence north 12 ft., thence west 116 ft., thence N. 45° W. 7.07 ft., thence south 17 ft., thence east 121 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
