Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the northern 130 feet of a 15-foot alley located at approximately 675 West running south from 500 North to 400 North Streets through Block 2 of the Subdivision of Lots 5, 6 and 7, of Block 83, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described below, be, and same hereby is vacated and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as a public street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 13 of the Subdivision of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 83, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey; and running thence South 130 feet along (2 the west line of said Lot 13 to the Southwest corner of said �.� Lot 13; thence West 15 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Lot 14; thence North 130 feet, more or less, along the East line of said Lot 14 to the Northeast corner of Said Lot 14; thence East 15 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Containing 0.045 acres, more or less. Said vacation is expressly made SUBJECT TO all existing rights of ways and easements of all public utilities of any and every description, found and located on, in, under or over the confines of the above-described property; and also, SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of obtaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing, or rerouting said utilities and all of them. Said vacation is also subject to any existing rights of ways or easements of private third parties. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its first publication.
