Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER LXIV, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, 1920, by adding in and to said Chapter a new
Section to be known as Section 2016X1.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Chapter LXIV, Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, 1920, be amended by adding in and to said Chapter
a new Section to be known as Section 2016X1 to read as follows:
SECTION 2016X1. ALLOWANCE FOR PARKING. An allow-
ance may be made for each sprinkling season of 4000 cubic
feet of water for every one hundred yards of parking be-
tween property line and curb line on all metered premises,
same to be allowed on the first quarterly bill rendered
after July 1st; provided that such credit shall not be
allowed where parking in front of such premises is not
properly maintained.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective im-
mediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
publication.
