Fehr - Finch - Moran - - Mr,Chairman - AN ORDINANCE Result - - - AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX and for the assessment of property in Paving district No. (Paving Extension No. 215) for the purpose of grading, constructing curb and gutter, drain- age system to carry water across and along streets and intersec- tions, sidewalk (said sidewalk to consist of a 3L inch Portland cement concrete base and z inch Portland cement Plaster wearing surface), private driveways, installing water services to back of curb and paving Yale Avenue from 13th East Street to 19th East Street. BE it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. "'hat the board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described in Paving District No. 32 (Paving Extension No. 215) for the purpose of grading, constructing curb and gutter, drainage system to carry water across and along streets and intersections, sidewalk (said sidewalk to consist of a 3-2 inch Portland cement concrete base and L inch Portland cement Plaster wearing surface), private driveways, installing water services to back of curb and paving with Portland cement concrete thereof, to-wit: Lots 1 to 24 incl.., Upper Yale Third Add. of B1k. 5�9, 5-Acre Plat "C°, big Field Survey, abutting on both sides of Yale Avenue from 13thst Street to 19th East Street, • ja ! SECTION '2. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Eoard of Equalization and Review of the property described in Section I of this ordinance in Paving Extension f„15, of Salt Lake City, for tha purpose of grading, constructing curb anE gutter, drainage system to carry water across and along streets and intersections, sidewalik, private driveways, installing water services to back of curb and paving with Portland cement concrete thereof, is hereby confirmed! and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists, ancj the report of the Board of Equalization and Review to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. I i SECTION 3. Said tax shall be payable in ten equal yearly installments as provided by law and ordinance with interest on I� I the whole sum unpaid at the rate of fVe per cent per annum, payable at the time each installment is due. In the event any installment i "i _4- : or the interest aforesaid is not paid- on the day the same becomes due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are due shall become &ue and payable, and jlshall draw interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum until Ithe sale of the property assessed.
