SECTION 1. That 7th North Street between 13th West Street
and Catherine Street and north-south alleys in Blocks 31, 35, 36,
39 and 40 of Oakley Park, a subdivision of part of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 27, T. 1 N., R. 1 1If., S. L. B. & M., in Salt Lake City,
Utah, more particularly described as follows:
7th North Street between 13th West Street and Catherine Street:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 25, Blk. 31, Oak-
ley Park, a subdivision of part of the S.E.,I of Section 27,
T. 1 N. R. 1 W., S. L. B. & M., thence west 256 ft. (261 ft.
__ ny CCrtpunty Plat) to the east line of Catherine Street, thence
�7 66 ft., thence east 256 ft. (261. ft. by County Plat)
to the west line of 13th West Street, thence south 66 ft. to
the place of beginning.

Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description now located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, removing, altering,
maintaining, replacing or_rerouting said utilities and all of them
