AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley in Lot 53, easel Block 3 of
Highland Park Plat "C".
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the alley in Lot 53, Block 3, Highland
Park Plat "C", more particularly described as follows, be, and
the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the S.W. corner of Lot 1, Block 3,
Highland Park Plat "C", a part of the NWa of the
NWa of Section 28, T.1 S., R.1 E.,; thence West
16.0 feet; thence North 334.43 feet; thence East
16.0 feet to the N.W. corner of Lot 53, said Block
3 of Highland Park Plat "C"; thence South 338.1
feet to point of beginning.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des-
cription now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry
thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing,
replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all
of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 8th day of June, 1965.
