An Ordinance Regulating the Licensing of DGL..lers in Stocks
1 Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof. id
Be it ordained by the city council of Salt sake City,state o
C Utah.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person,firm or corp ration to
engage in or carry on the business,trade or profession of buyine
selling stocks,within the corporate limits of Salt Lake City,wa and
having obtained a license therefor as herein provided. hout first
Sec 2, Any person,form or corporation so engaged or about {
the said business of buying and selling stocks,shall make appli,o enp:age,in
the mayor and city council for a license to carry on such busircation to
shall pay for suoh license the sum of $25200 per year. ,ess;and
Sec 3. No license shall be sa issue to anyyperson,firm or corp ,,ion
