Result AN ORDINANCE An ordinance amending Chapter 33 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, by adding to said Chapter a new section to be known as Section 874x. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter 33 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, relating to licenses, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to said Chapter one new section following section 874 of said chapter, to be known as Section 874x, and to read as follows: Sec. 874)C, It shall be unlawful for any restaurant keeper to sell, exchange, barter, give away, serve or otherwise furnish any spirituous, vinous, fermented or malt liquors in any restaurant or public dining room or in any room. booth or other place connected with stash restaurant, except the same be served to bona fide patrons of the place with a meal or meals. A meal within the meaning of this section shall consist of meat. vegetables and other articles of food such as are commonly served in restaurants and dining rooms as a meal. may The license of any restaurant keeper/a be revoked by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City for any violation of the provisions of this section.
