Green Stewart Mr. Chairman Result AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1856 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to traffic and travel on streets. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Section 1866 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, relating to traffic and travel on streets, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1855. CONGESTED DISTRICT. There is hereby designated a congested district which shall be all streets and parts of streets within the following boundaries, to-wit: Com- mencing at the intersection of the east line of West Temple with the north line of South Temple Street; thence east along the north line of South Temple Street to the west line of Main Street; thence north to the south line of North Temple Street; thence east to the east line of Main Street; thence south to the north line of South Temple Street; thence east on the north line of South Temple Street to the northwest corner of the in- tersection of South Temple and State Street; thence south to the center of South Temple Street; thence east along the center line of South Temple Street 451 feet; thence south to the center line of Fourth South Street to a point 279 feet west of the west line of Second East Street; thence west to the east line of State Street; thence south to the southeast corner of the interseotion of State Street and Fourth South Street; thence west along the 48 • south line of Fourth South Street to the east line of West Temple Street; thence north to the place of beginning. SECTION II. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of said city that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Take City, Utah, this day of . , A.
