Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake _-rCity, Utah: - SECTION 1. that alley located between 17th Fast Street and Military GrlU.ve, approximately P50 feet north of Yalecrest Avenue, more particularly described es follows: 1.— ". im, beginning at the northeast corner of Block P, Upper Yale 4.3 Park, a subdivision of block P9, Five Acre Plat "C", Big Field Survey, running thence west 154.61 ft.; thence northeasterly along the east line of Military Drive 15.67 ft. to the southwest corner of Block P2, Douglas Park; thence east 145.47 ft.; thence south 17,.79 ft. to point of beginning. be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
