AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY in Block 8, Empire Addition,
in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley in Block 6, Empire Addition, in

/L/ Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 8,
Empire Addition, being a subdivision of part of the south-
-I . east Quarter of Section 23, T. 1 N., R. 1 W., S. L. B. &
°' J � M.; thence N. 0° 051 W. 44.33 feet; thence N. 44° 01, W.
450.53 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 9, said
�� Block 8; thence N. 45° 59' E. 14 feet to the most westerly
corner of Lot 10, said Block 8; thence S. 44° 01' E. 462.16
feet; thence S. 0° 05, E. 50 feet to the southwest corner

placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of
them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme-
