AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 2-b, referred to in
Section 117 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to speed limits.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 2-b, referred to in Section
117 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to thirty-five (35) miles
per hour speed limit, be, and the same hereby is, amended
by adding to said schedule the following:
"Indiana Avenue between 9th West and Redwood Road."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabi-
tants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 3rd day of May, 1966.
