AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding thereto a new subsection (g) ,
relating to classifications and salaries.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to classifications and salaries,
be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a new subsection
(g) , to read as follows:
"Sec. 25-4-6. Salary,schedule adopted. (a) * * *
* * *
(g) Tool allowance. In addition to the salaries herein
provided, auto mechanics I and auto mechanics II shall receive
the sum of $25.00 per month as a tool allowance. The tool
allowance herein provided for shall become effective as of
April 1, 1977."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of
the inhabitants of said City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 24th day of March, 1977.
