between 21st South Street and Parleyts Canyon Boulevard in Blocks

J SECTION 1. That alleys east of Wellington Street between
21st South Street and Parleyts Canyon Boulevard in Blocks 1 and 7,
Idlewild Subdivision, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly

1�-+ Beginning at the N.W. corner Lot 19, Block 1, Idlewild
Subdivision of part of Sec. 21, T. 1 S., h. 1 +,., S. L. B. &
M.; thence east 117.6 ft.; thence South 475.0 ft.; thence
east 8.98 ft.; thence North 493.0 ft.; thence west 126:58
ft.; thence South 18.0 ft. to the place of beginning.
Also beginning at the N.E. corner of Lot 28, Block 7,
Idlewild Subdivision of part of Sec. 21, T. 1 S., h. 1 E.,
S. L. B. & M.; thence South 585.03 ft.; thence West 117.6
ft.; thence South 18.0 ft.; thence East 126.58 ft.; thence
North 603.03 ft.; thence West 8.98 ft. to the place of
beginning;
be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property, and also subject to the right of entry
thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re-
placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all 4:
