AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subparagraph 21 of Section 51-23-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to Use Regula-
tions within an Industrial "M-1" District.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 21 of Section 51-23-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to Use Regula-
tions within an Industrial "M-1" District, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
"21. Petroleum refining or petroleum storage
above ground in excess of the capacity of two (2)
7,000 gallon tanks."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 17th day of July , 1962.
