Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that portion of Lillian Avenue east from Wasatch Drive in the Terrace Heights Addition, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 32, Block 6; Terrace Heights Addition, a subdivision of the Northwest a of Southwest a, Section 14, T.1 S., R.1 E., Salt Lake Base & Meridian; thence North 66.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 23, Block 7, said subdivision; thence East 140.0 feet; thence South 66.0 feet; thence West 140.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and all descriptions, now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, including the existing 66 foot right of way for the Parley's High Line Conduit where it crosses Lillian Avenue, being 33 feet on each side of the center of said conduit; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
