AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-16-1, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, relating to zoning - use regulations.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-16-1, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1965, relating to zoning - use regulations, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 51-16-1. Use regulations. In a Residential 'R-4' District no
building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected that
is arranged, intended or designed to be used for other than one or more
of the following uses:
(1) Any use permitted in a Residential 'R-2' District.
(2) Three-family dwellings including all required off-street t ,;
parking areas.
(3) Four-family dwellings including all required off-street parking
areas."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective six months after its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
