Result AN ORDINANCE
An Ordinance amending Section 836 of the Revised
Ordinances of SaIA .Lake Gkty, 1913, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners, August 23, 1917, relating
to salaries of offis ere fa the Law Department.
Be it, ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake Oity, Utah:
SECTION. 1. That section 836 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners, August 23, 1917, re-
lating to salaries in the Law Department, he, and the same is
hereby amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 836. COMPENSATION. The compensation
of the officers in the Law Department shall be such as may
be fixed by the Board of Commissioners, not to exceed the
amounts stated as follows: the City Attorney, $3600.00
per annum; one assistant city attorney, $3000.00 per annum;
one assistant city attorney, $2400.00 per annum; one assist-
ant City attorney, $2200.00 per annum. Such compensation
shall be paid monthly.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-
one days after its passage.
