AN ORDINraIICE ilEPhhhDING an ordinance passed by the hoard
of Commissioners December 23, 1920 levying an assessment on the
property on 12th East Street from 3d to 5th South Streets in Paving
District No. 27 (Paving extension iio. 168), and also repealing an
ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners January 11, 1921,
confirming the assessment upon said property.
BE IT ORDAINEiD by the Board of Commissioners of halt Bake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That that certain ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners the 23d day of December 1920 for the levying
of an assessment upon the property on 12th East Street between
3d and 5th South Streets in Paving District No. 27 (Paving Exten-
sion No. 168) for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing
and guttering with concrete, constructing drainage system to carry
water along and across streets and intersections, constructing
driveways and yrmivate driveways and waving with bituminous concrete
be, and the same is hereby repealed..
SECTION II. That that certain ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners on the 11th day of January, 1921, confirm-
ing the assessment upon the property on 12th East Street between
3d and 5th South Streets in Paving District No. 27 (Paving 1,:xtension
No. 168) for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing
and guttering with concrete, constructing drainage system to carry

crete be, and the sane is hereby repealed.
STION III. In the opinion of the 3oard of Com-
missioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its publication.
