Result AN ORDINANCE
AN OPDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24 of an ordinance passed
by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on November
15, 1922, regulating and licensing the use and operation of taxicabs
and other public passenger vehicles.
Be it ordained by the foard of Commissioners of Salt Lake
pity, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 24 of an ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on November 15, 1022,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:.
SEC. 24. The license fee for each driver's license
shall be s5.00 _per year, or any part thereof, and for each
renewal thereof '+;jU3.50 per year, or any part thereof, and the
fee for each driver's badge shall be twenty—five cents; said
fees to he paid to the License Assessor.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board. of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
