Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Midland Street and rancock Avenue in Mid- land 5-Acre Plat, , a subdivision of part of Sections 15, 22 and 23, T. 1 N., R. 1 B., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Bak. 2, Midland 5-Acre Plat, being a subdivision of part of Secs. 15, 22 and 23, T. 1 N., R. 1 Vv., Salt Lake Base & Meridian, running thence South 574 ft., thence East 1726 ft., thence South 20° West 70.4 ft., more or less, to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Blk. 3, said plat, thence West 1702 ft., thence Sourh 442 ft., thence West 66 ft., thence North 1082 ft., thence East 66 ft. to the point of beginning; be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways.
