AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of Use
Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts,
be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and to said section a new
paragraph to be known as Item 54, as follows:
"ITEM 54.
The following described real property in Commercial "C-3" classifi-
cation, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial
"C-1" classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed accord-
ingly:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 36, Plat "A", Salt
Lake City Survey, thence south 660 feet; thence east 330 feet; thence
north 495 feet; thence east 330 feet; thence north 165 feet; thence
west 660 feet to the point of beginning, more particularly described
as all of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and the north half of Lots 7 and 8 of Block
36, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey.
The following described real property in Residential "R-6" classifi-
cation, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial
"C-I" classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed accord-
ingly:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Block 36, Plat "A", Salt Lake
City Survey, thence north 495 feet; thence west 330 feet; thence south
495 feet; thence east 330 feet to the point of beginning, more
particularly described as all of Lots 1, 2 and the south half of Lots
7 and 8, Block 36, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey.
The following described real property in Residential "R-6" classifi-
cation, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Residential
"R-7" classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed
accordingly:

"Commencing at a point 165 feet south of the northwest corner
of Block 22, Plat "B", Salt Lake City Survey and thence east 165
feet; thence south 495 feet; thence west 165 feet; thence north
495 feet to the point of beginning, more particularly described
as the west half of Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 22, Plat "B", Salt
Lake City Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show the
above described tracts of land as Commercial "C-1" and Residential "R-7"
respectively, District Classifications."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
2nd day of February, 1965.
