Chairman is Result AN ORDINANCE An Ordinance amending Section 918x5 of an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners July 1, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners July 31, 1918, relating to custodian of city's portion of the Joint City and County Building. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 918x5 of an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners July 1, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners July 31, 1918, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 918x5, The Board of Commissioners may appoint a competent and suitable person custodian of the and Public Safety Building city's portion of the Joint City and County Building/at a salary not to exceed 01800.00 per annum, payable monthly. The custodian of the city's portion of the Joint and Public Safety Building City and County Bu.linjahall, before he enters upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office, and execute a bond with good and sufficient sureties, to be approved by the Board of Commissioners, payable to Salt Lake City,in the penal sum of 01,000, con- ditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of his office and the prompt payment to the City Treasurer of all moneys received by him as such officer, according to law -1- 50 • I I I I �r { and the ordinances of the city.
