AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4709 of the Salt Lake City
Building Code, 1933 Edition, relating to zoning districts.
Be it ordained by the Board. of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 4709 of the Salt Lake City
Building Code, 1933 Edition, relating to zoning districts in Salt
Lake City, be and the same is hereby amended to read. as follows:
SEC. 4709. That in order to designate districts
and regulate the location of dwellings, business, trades, in-
dustries and. the location of buildings erected or altered
for specified uses, Salt Lake City is hereby divided into
ten (10) use districts to be known as:
Residential "A" District.
Residential "A3-2" District.
Residential "B" District.
Residential "B-2" District.
50 Residential "B-3" District.
Residential "C" District
Commercial District.
Industrial District.
Industrial "B" District.
Unrestricted District.
The boundaries of said districts, as shown upon the
. map attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby estab=
lished, said map being designated as the "Use District Map",
and said map and references, notations and other information
shown thereon shall be as much-a part of this ordinance as if
the information and matters slat,,forth by said map were all

fully described herein.

il be erected or altered, nor shall any building or premises be
used for any purpose other than is permitted in the use dis-
jII trict in which such building or premises is located.
I{ SEC•PION 2. That the "Use District Map" described in
Section 1 hereof is hereby amended and changed by changing the
following described real property from hesidential "B-2" as shown II
