Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. SECTION 1. That the portion of 3rd West between 8th and 9th North lying west of a line parallel to and 26 feet west of the west rail of the Bamberger Railroad Company track, more particularly described as follows: Ho Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 170, Plat A; E+m thence East 32.19 feet in the 3rd West Street R/W to a point o4y 26 feet from the center line of the Bamberger Railroad Company West Track; thence North on a line parallel with the Bamberger F y West Track to a point on the West R/W line of 3rd West Street; thence South 500 feet more or less along this line to the point of beginning.
