Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that part of Andrew Avenue between Navajo Street and 12th West Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 320, Concord Park No. 3 Subdivision, a subdivision of part of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, T1S, R1W, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence S. 0°04'04" E. 16.0 feet; thence S. 89°55'56" W. 96.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 7, South Salt Lake Subdivision, a subdivision of part of said Section 14; thence N. 0°04'04" W. 16.0 feet; thence N. 89°55'56" E. 96.0 feet to the point of beginning.
