An ordinance amending a.nd. re-enacting Section 293 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 293 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
;Luke ;City of 1903, be, and the same' hereby is amended and reenacted

therefor said property being located on any street, alley,
`court, passage-way or area and within four hundred (400) feet
of a sewer along any street or alley of this City, to neglect
or refuse, for the period of twenty (20) days after notice from
the Board of Health of this City, to connect all water-closets,
bath tubs, basins and other water on said property with such
sewer in the manner, end as required by the ordinances of this
City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
' herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
