Avenue between 22nd d 23rd East Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
P-6 Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the west end of Roosevelt Avenue between
22nd and 23rd East Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah, more ,particular-
ly described as follows:
Beginning
�, g at a point 33 feet east and 130 feet north
of the southwest corner of Lot 16, Block 15, 5 Acre Plat
"C", Big Field Survey; running thence N. 00 021 52" W. 30
feet, thence S. 89° 531 42" E. 305.13 feet, thence in a
southwesterly direction around a 150 foot radius curve to
the left (radius bearing S. 0° Obt 18" W.) 74.24 feet,
! thence around a 100 foot radius curve to the right (radius
) bearing N. 28° 15t 09" W.) 49.49 feet, thence N. 890 531
42" W. 186.31 feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
• Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
' description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry there-
on for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing,
r.ethovirtg . .altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediate- ,
