V Mr. Chairman AN ORDINANCE Result • ----1 AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY which runs west from Gale Street between Mead and Aspen Avenues. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That the alley running west from Gale Street between Mead and Aspen Avenues, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 32, Block 3, ,Ontario Subdivision, a part of Block 24, 5 Acre Plat 'A' , Big Field Survey; thence West 150.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 28, of said Block 3; thence N. 61 25' East, 20.94 feet; thence East 131.61 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 1 of said Block 3; thence South 10.0 feet to the point of beginning; be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. `se Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing right-of- 0 oway and easements of all public utilities of any and every description ,now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described .00 roperty; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the altering 'or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
