AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Title 18, Chapter 12, Section 6, Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to fees for pre-
liminary inspection of grade A establishments.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Title 18, Chapter 12, Section 6, Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to fees for preliminary in-
spection of grade A establishments, be, and the same hereby is, amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 18-12-6. Fee for preliminary inspection of grade
A establishment. Every producer, dairy or dairy farm shall
at the time of filing an application for a grade A permit
pay to the board of health for deposit with the treasurer or
Salt Lake City the sum of twenty five dollars to defray the
costs and expenses of the preliminary inspection by the board
of health of the premises involved."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance become effective upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
2nd day of May, 1974.
