An ordinance confirming the assessment u on the property herein-
after described in the territory between West Capitol and Second West
Streets, and between Fourth North Street and Fern Avenue, in Sewer
Districts Nos. 1 and 2, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Stilt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Thot the .Aesessment list made by the City Treasurer

pose of the property in Lot 5, Block 6, Plat "J7; $,, 4, 5-end 6, Bloc
23; 2 to 15, inclusive, Bai'toh's Subdivision, IllOCkr ES ,1 And 6, Blos
26; 1 and 2, Block 27; 1 ana 4, Block 28; 1, 3,`sind;4, Block 29; 1 and
2, Block 30; 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 31; 1 to 8„inclusive, Block
32, Plat "E"; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 150; and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and
8, Block 132, Plat "A", salt Lake City Survey, abutting, on both sides
of Wall Street between Fourth North Street end Fern Avenue; on both
sides of Girard Avenue between Center and First West Streets; on both
sides of Fern Avenue between First West and Second West Streets; on
both sides of First West Street between Fourth North and Fifth Forth
Streets; on the north side of Fourth Forth Street between First `lest
end Second 7 at Streets; and on the south side of Fifth North Street
between First West and Second West Streets, in Sewer Districts Nos.
1 and 2, of Suit Lebo City, for the )urpo:-se of conetrectin ; sewers
upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the
