An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 11 of an ordinances relating to intoxicating liquors, passed by the City Council April 5, 1909, and approved by the Mayor April 7, 1909, aid known as Chapter 25 of the Ordinances of Salt Lake City, as amended by an ordinance passed by the City Council December 29, 1910, and approved by the Mayor January 3, 1911. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 11 of an ordinance 'elating to 'intoxi- cating liquors, passed by the City Council April 5, 1909, and approve. by the Mayor April 7, 1909, and known as Chapter 25 of the Ordinances of Salt Lake City, as amended by an ordinance passed by the City ,.,;I° Council December 29, 1910, and approved by the Mayor January 3 ~1911,., be, and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read ad follows: SEOTION 11. The following amounts shall be and are hereby established as the annual licenses, excluding cost and expense incident to application for license: Retail dealer 1500.00 67, s.A Wholesale dealer Distiller- - - - - - 1000.00d:- Druggist or pharmacist _ n00.nO -- Clubs - Brewers, operating a brewery with an annual o0 capacity not exceeding 5000 barrels 47010= 46O Brewers, operating a brewery with an annual capacity over 5000 barrels and not exceeding 25,000 barrels • - - - mil, f.61= With an annual capacity over 25,000 barrels, and not exceeding 50,000 barrels - - - - - - - _ - - -�6 , With an annual capacity over 50,000 barrela, and not exceeding 75,000 barrels , With an annual capacity over 75,000 barrels- - - - SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinanoos and resolutions in conflict herewith are ibereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
